9-07-08 - It's been a while since we've put any new content up on the site. We have been very busy on other projects and with life in general. We're going to reorganize the site a so that the latest projects are all grouped here and easily found. Stay tuned, The Packet Sniffers are not dead... 4-03-08 - We're headed to Notacon! dosman will be giving a talk on lock picking and electronic locks on Saturday at 6pm. Our friend Shane has done some tremendous work on a set of three lock walls that look like tori gates for the lock picking pagoda this year. We also have some artistic entries for Block Party, be sure not to miss it Saturday night!

1-07-08 - First post of the new year, on Tuesday this week Hacker Public Radio will feature us discussing part15 broadcasting and our station "The Ocho!". If you enjoyed TWAT Tech Radio this is the next incarnation of it with a more serious name and a new format. I would highly recommend checking it out!

5-20-07 - Here are some pics from Notacon 4 and this years Hamvention in Dayton. Of notable interest was the Ediphone Voicewriter I aquired at Hamvention. I'm hoping I can make my own wax cylinders and make it live again. We'll have more info on this sometime later.

Amazingly Notacon 4 has come and gone already. Hopefully sometime soon we'll get around to posting a write-up of what we did. Oh, and if anyone finds a small Fuji digital camera with a 512MB xD memory card please let dosman at packetsniffers.org know.

We're going to be running the lock picking pagoda at Notacon 4 this month, everyone should come check it out! We'll have tons of locks to pick, picks for sale, bump keys and hammers for sale, and other special stuff that you'll just have to come and see to find out about. And we're not pushing Notacon just because they put dosman's face on the front page either, it's going to rock hard this year, read on...

Just look at all this cr4p we're bringing with us, there is no way you can stop by our pagoda at Notacon and not find something that strikes your interest!

This year Notacon is happening in tandem with BlockParty 07 from April 27th to the 29th. What's that you might ask? It's probably the largest demo party in years! And don't forget to check out last years Notacon presentation videos.

We still need translators if anyone is interested. Episode 1 is available in English, Chinese, and Russian. If anyone wants to contribute their language that would be great.
